United Care Community Home LLC is a residential and in-home specialized support agency that focuses on people with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities and mental health needs.
United Care Community Home LLC was founded in 2018, with the goal in mind to give full support to the less privileged and to be a voice for all individuals with intellectual and mental disability.
We are committed to supporting individuals by providing and promoting Health, Safety, and Independence. We aim to support Families Initiative by providing individuals with habilitation services and other care and treatment to adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities/ intellectual disabilities that are not able to live independently with a full purposeful life which includes gainful employment in the community, friendships, health, safety, spiritual and social opportunities.
UCCHLLC will provide the highest quality care, and support to Individuals with Intellectual Disability for them to achieve their goals, gain a greater sense of independence, confidence, and enjoy a life of possibilities.
