Our Residential Program is unique and offer our individuals the care, support and comfort they deserve. Our staff members are highly experienced, compassionate, dedicated and are willing to provide ultimate support, safety, independence while encouraging individuals to meet their goals to be their best within their community. Direct support is provided round the clock, twenty-four seven (24/7), seven days a week. Our homes are licensed by Office of Developmental Programs, Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS)

United Care Community Home will provide relief for loved ones and caregivers in their absenteeism. These services can be provided in individual homes or in one of our alluring homes. These services provide a break from care in the family’s own home. Hours can be set up individually with one of our qualified respite workers.

United Care Community Home will provide support to individuals with disabilities - not only to integrate within their communities, but to promote inclusion. Regardless of ability, everyone has a right to be active and accepted in their community. We approach Community Participation Services through a person-centered approach. We focus on the individuals, ensuring that individual's preferences, needs and values guide clinical decisions, and providing care that is respectful of and responsive to them. Through the person-centered approach, we motivate individuals to be involved in their own personal growth.
